Gamma Alpha

University of Miami

Recruitment Information

Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of Miami. I am so excited to welcome you! As you know, our school provides students with one of the most unique and unforgettable collegiate experiences in the country. Along with our beautiful campus and excellent academic opportunities, the University provides students with the enriching and exciting chance to become a member of Greek life. You'll come to realize that our Greek Community provides you with leadership opportunities, community service, and emphasizes high academic achievement.

Zeta Tau Alpha is where I have found my second home. I am surrounded by the love and support of the most amazing women here at Miami. Zeta offers each member the opportunity to develop to her fullest potential while maintaining a balance between academic, leadership and social endeavors. The motto of Zeta Tau Alpha "Seek the Noblest" can be seen through leadership positions held by Zetas in many of UM's campus organizations. Our sisterhood events and socials illustrate that the goal of ZTA is to unite its members in a close bond of sisterhood, to encourage individuality, and to create an atmosphere of warmth, understanding, and love.

The relationships we've built in our sorority help improve scholastic potential, teach us the acts of good citizenship, develop the qualities of patience and understanding, and aid in our personal development. You too can develop through the Zeta Tau Alpha experience, which brings to the surface those qualities already within you.

From dressing up in costumes for our themed mixers to study sessions in our sorority suite, I am so proud to be a Zeta! Enjoy your first semester at "the U". I cannot wait to see al of your beautiful faces in the spring! Going Greek is a decision for life-long friendships, personal achievement and endless memories. See you soon!

Sincerely,

Vice President of Recruitment
